Take the time to ask yourself the following questions:

The advantages of a holiday flat
- - The property usually offers much more space than a hotel room.
- - The owners are often great Andalusia experts and give you tips that you will receive not in any Hotel.
- - The location of the holiday homes is more diverse than those of the hotels, as hotels can be built only on specially designated areas, villas and apartments but you will find anywhere. Whether in the districts of Málaga, on remote beaches of Matalascañas or in the hinterland of Grazalema.
- - The Self Catering holiday is significantly less expensive, because you buy at the supermarkets all what you need during your stay, just like at home, too. This should not avoid from time to time to visiting on of these beautiful tapas bars or enjoy the fantastic Andalusian kitchen of a star restaurant.
- - Vacation homes often have a level of comfort that exceeds the quality of many hotels.
- - The residence is usually cheaper than a hotel.
- - Many holiday homes have the necessary Parking space for a car at no additional cost.
We want to help with this little guide and that your holiday is a success and therefore must also point out that there are some dubious landlords (as well as dubious hotels. ...). Because you directly in touch with your landlord, you should find out whom you're dealing with.

Although we have not heard very often about dubious owners, we recommend checking the following:

- - If you make a deposit, please never with Money Gram or Western Union or similar. Even checks are not advantageous. The payee can not be traced in an emergency. We recommend a bank transfer. Do not assume a distance of transfers abroad (remittances therefore in your home country or the country in which the property is located).
- - Subscribe - it always shows a lease from the owners of the clear and his tax number (NIE number, or DNI, as well as) his residential address.
We would like to indicate, however, despite these recommendations, that experiences have shown that the majority of landlords are very serious and want to make their guests stay as pleasant as possible. Only the tenants who come back again are really happy tenants. And only with satisfied customers, a landlord can permanently and successfully let the property.
